Return

We(CevatonStore)  hope you enjoy your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for a refund or exchange.

How to cancel an order after payment?

1. If you have paid for the order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. We cannot cancel or change the order if the package has already been shipped.

Under what circumstances can I exchange or return an item?

(a) Quality issues:
If you find any item to be significantly defective, you must return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the package in the same condition as sent. Although we carefully inspect all items for obvious defects and damage prior to dispatch, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival to ensure that it is free of any defects or problems. Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be refunded.

(b) Misinstallation:
If the purchased product does not match what was ordered, we will replace your product. For example, it wasn't the color you ordered, or the item you received didn't match the style you ordered.

Other non-returnable items:
Any damage caused by individual factors such as:
(a) The product has been used, damaged, stained, worn or contaminated, including odors that would affect resaleability.
(b) Screen extender missing all original components due to customer reasons.
(c) Any item older than 30 days after delivery.
(d) Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately special offers cannot be refunded.

How to return?

1. If you want to return or exchange, please contact our customer service first. We will do our best to assist you and provide you with return details (name, address, etc.). Customer service email is support@cevatonstore.com.

The email should contain:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the appearance of all sides of the product
  • Full accessories display photo
  • Photo of original packaging
  • Reasons for return

2. Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a week.

Delayed or lost refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Shipping

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping.
There is no additional handling fee for returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
